CT-501/502/503/504 Handheld Flip-Style Cellular Phone
(170-1110/1111/1112/1114) NAM Programming

Our CT-501/502/503/504 cellular telephones are similar in operation to our
CT-354/356 (Cat. Nos. 17-1065/1070) and the Nokia 638 (Cat. No. 17-1071).
You can use the standard programming method or the simplified method below
to program the CT-501/502/503/504.

Before you start, have the following information on hand (available from
the cellular carrier):

  CARRIER SYSTEM ID _ _ _ _ _

  CUSTOMER CELLULAR PHONE NUMBER (_ _ _) _ _ _ - _ _ _ _

CARRIER ACCESS OVERLOAD CLASS _ _

  CARRIER GROUP ID _ _

If necessary, have the same information available for the second phone
number before you begin programming.

Your phone's battery must be charged; the AC charger adapter is not
sufficient to program or operate a phone with a discharged battery.

If you make a mistake when programming, press [CLR] and re-enter the data,
or turn power off and begin again.

Note: These instructions are for a phone that has never been programmed
before. If the phone was previously programmed, the displays might
be different, but the actions to take remain the same.
