Hi I noticed the following instructions to erase phone company info
off of the vista 350

It is very important because Bell is no longer offering the service
and it wont work even though all this garbage stays on the phone...

BUT I wanted you to know that it is very simple to erase the data...

1. Reset Clock to Jan 1 12:00am  (   [Options] then [2]   )
2. Get back to main screen ([Goodbye] Key) Should show "Jan 1 12:00am"
3. Press (   [Options]+[Link] then let go of [Options] while holding [Link]  )
                     version info shows on screen.
4. Press the Pound Key [#]
5. It will say memory erased...

You have to do step 2, 3, and 4 within 60 seconds or clock will show
Jan 1 12:01am and then you have to start at 1 again... I know that
this will be useful to allot of people who like there vista 350's They
are nice phones... even tho they are obsolete..

At the very least this might save scotch tape LOL....
