Warranties
All Voodoo Machine products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the
date of shipping. If you believe the unit you received is defective, contact our customer service department
for instructions on returning the unit for free repair or replacement.
Voodoo Magick Box Model I, II, and Hookah, all come with a thirty day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase within thirty (30) days from the date of shipping simply return the Voodoo Unit to us and we will refund
your money minus the cost of shipping, gel, and ear-clips. (Gel and ear-clips can not be returned for health-safety reasons.) Return and
refund inquiries should be directed to our customer service department.
